Terms of Service
These terms govern access to telvra.app and services offered by Telvra, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware. Effective September 2, 2026.
Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing the website or ordering a service, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and, when acting for an organization, have authority to bind that organization.
Service
Telvra monitors publicly accessible competitor sources selected by customers and prepares automated or AI-assisted summaries. Reports are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You remain responsible for verifying material information and making business decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit credentials or restricted private information; violate intellectual-property, privacy, or contractual rights; or use reports to harass, deceive, or harm others.
Customer instructions and content
You represent that you may lawfully provide submitted URLs, instructions, and other content. You retain your rights in customer content and grant Telvra the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan descriptions and prices displayed on the website are informational until confirmed in an order. This static website does not process payment. Any subscription, billing interval, renewal, taxes, refund terms, and cancellation process will be stated in the applicable order or checkout before purchase.
Intellectual property
The website, service, software, designs, and Telvra branding are owned by or licensed to Telvra. These terms do not transfer ownership. Customers may use delivered reports internally for lawful business purposes unless an order states otherwise.
Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party websites, AI systems, hosting, communications, or payment providers. Telvra does not control third-party content or availability and is not responsible for changes made by those providers.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Telvra disclaims implied warranties that may legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Telvra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the website at any time. Telvra may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. Updated terms will apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Delaware will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer venue or other nonwaivable rights.
